There is an established PTA at Welburn School. Our aim is to continue to develop a more extended relationship between the staff, parents and others associated with the school through fund raising and social events. All parents/carers/friends have automatic membership of the PTA.

Fundraising

The PTA has raised a significant amount of money for the school which has been used to subsidise school trips, purchase books for the library and computing equipment.

Recent/Planned Fundraising Events:

The PTA help to organise the annual Christmas fair, including a raffle and tombola. We have also organised an Easter Egg Hunt and tombola and provide refreshments at school events.

Meetings are held on a regular basis, usually in Welburn at times to suit all members. Details of forthcoming meetings are published in the school’s newsletter, the Welburn Weekly.
